Executive Director
Elisabeth brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to leadership. She’s passionate about delivering high-quality care, creating joyful experiences for residents, and maintaining an environment where families feel confident and supported.
She enjoys relaxing with a book, baking, crafting, and spending time in nature with her dog, Zoey.
Pat Forde
Director of Wellness
Pat has a strong background in wellness and care, with a lifelong passion for supporting residents’ health in both body and mind. Her approach blends holistic wellness and clinical awareness, creating a balanced, comforting atmosphere for residents.
She’s a proud dog mom to two German Shepherds, an avid martial artist, and a fan of mystery novels and far-off travel adventures.
Olivia Smith
Director of Community Relations
Olivia thrives on building connections and creating welcoming first impressions. Her creativity and energy fuel resident events, family outreach, and everything in between—all focused on helping people feel at home.
She’s a proud mom of twin boys, enjoys yoga, and loves exploring farmer’s markets and new coffee shops.
